We have been a partner of UP since 2019, where we combine our expertise with the client's vision from the very beginning. Among other things, we integrated a number of modules supporting corporate HR into the initially simple application for displaying the meal plan account, while still maintaining its clarity and intuitive control. Today, Můj Up successfully enhances corporate communication and is a tool for effective personnel management. With more than a hundred thousand monthly users, Můj Up is an excellent example of a platform that favors a 'mobile first' approach.

Technology progress according to project's needs
Given the standard of the time and the original intended scope of the application, we started with the simpler MVVM design pattern. However, with the growing volume of functionalities, it was necessary to introduce a more advanced architecture into the project. We bet on Clean Architecture, which allows us to maintain organization and code quality at a very high level. This decision turned out to be key in the redesign of the application, the introduction of new technologies (Compose and SwiftUI) and especially when connecting both platforms through Kotlin Multiplatform. Thanks to this, we have achieved an increase in development efficiency and a substantial reduction in costs. Within the same time frame, we are now able to cover the developed functionality with extensive automatic testing, which ensures uncompromising quality and reliability for our users.
